The first third was very dark, lacked colour and the piano very 'clunky', the second third livened up with more colour, the guitar was a little bit high pitched and the last 3rd was excellent to U2 music.

On a whim we decided to attend, not having experienced modern dance performances before. Our initial reaction after the first section was disappointment. For some reason the music did not appeal, but fortunately both the second and third sections rose to the occasion as the music and the colour of the setting/outfits was much more vibrant.
By the end we were really enjoying the quality of the performance. The only downside to the whole show was that the music could have been a few decibels lower.
The dancing was superb.

the NY ballet was amazing...maybe a fraction "out there" in first act but really impressive following that,.. the second act to Roy Buchanan was a real surprise and the third act to U2 was some of the best modern dance I have seen..... incredible
my female guests were most impressed with the "hot bods" in the Dan Carter underwear...

The show was wonderful. The dancers were incredibly talented, technically great and so musical. The variety of music used in the performance was excellent.

Wow! Wahta treat to see three different styles of contemporary ballet in one show. The poise, control and energy was exhilerating !
I would go and see it all over again !

3 Acts, 3 very different styles both in dance and musicality, 3 opportunities to show case the talent of all the dancers in the troupe. A more male dominated ballet than is usual and a devine spectacle of human anatomy, grace, fluidity and strength. The excellent choreography seamlessly married classical moves with more modern rhythm and expression. The changing tempo kept you guessing and eager for more. An engaging troupe of dancers who seemed to appreciate the audience. I would go again tomorrow!

A vibrant performance from beginning to end culminating inan enthusiastic highly energetic rendition of U2's best music. The cast looked as if they were having a ball. Thoroughly recommended for novice dance viewers.

The dancers were incredible, especially the men. So strong, and flexible and spot on in terms of technical ability. The performance increased in emotion and energy, transforming the atmosphere of the venue. The crowd joined in towards the end (via clapping!) and finished off with a standing ovation.
