Favourite moment: Goodbye Sky Harbor live was more than impressive, and when Jim left the guitar and danced along to his own looped music is was simply fantastic. @

Well I got my ticket the first chance I could last year during the pre-sale. I think it's safe to say I was pretty excited for this show. Jimmy Eat World have been a band for over 15 years now and were yet to come to NZ until just the other night. They couldn't have impressed any more. Energetic from Bleed American to the crowd favourite Sweetness, JEW didn't let up. They played the perfect mixture of songs from their past 5 studio albums, and although I wouldn't say no to hearing ALL their songs, they played what I believe was what everyone was wanting to hear. Whether you were just there for the radio hits that made them so famous, or a hardcore fan singing along to every song, it was well worth it.
Truth is, if they came back and played that same set again, I'd be there in a heartbeat.
