I was very surprised with the brilliant seating 2 rows from the front ,lights dimmed & on came Pam from there on for the rest of the very humuorous show , i dont think there was a dry eye in the house , her selection of poems both old & new was wonderful ,also she filled in with her past history which was really interesting eg( how she started off) . Really enjoyed the night & would reccommend to anyone.

Pam Ayres was everything we expected and more. A wonderfully warm witty & talented person, she lit up the entire theatre with her personality. She gave us a true evening to remember.

What a fantastic show so so funny. It was great to hear her stories and poems it was a huge hit with both sets of parents we took along. Would definitely see Pam Ayres if she comes to our shores again.

Onto the stage she did burst,
With a flowing rendition of a popular verse,
Her teeth now she wished she'd looked after,
To a theatre full of applause and laughter,
Her witty collection of stories and rhyme,
Have certainly stood the test of time,
The show was memorable, true and funny,
Definately worth spending the money,
Her anecdotes are of everyday life,
Of knowledgable husbands and marital strife,
This is a brilliant and hilarious show,
If you get the chance you really should go,
To the audience her amazing life she shares,
Our thanks to the one and only PAM AYRES.

Pam was, as ever, hilariously funny. Her humour is timeless and she just gets better with age. I felt Pam was very approachable, she has the ability to draw the audience into effortless participation.
I've loved Pam's verses since I was around 11-12 yrs old and it was an absolute treasure to see her live. I loved that Pam told about various times in her life, allowing the audience to get to know her was lovely.
A great mix of older & more recent verse, along with life stories made a wonderful experience to the listener.
I would totally recommend seeing Pam live!

Pam Ayers is a most engaging performer. I could watch her night after night if she had a different show each night. So relaxed and funny. Saw her in 1999 and she is still fabulous.
I hope she comes back again. I'd be back first in the queue

This was the most fun evening that I have had in years - Pam Ayres is a wonderful storyteller and poet. Although the things that she talks about are very simple, they are so, so clever and she has an amazing accent that just adds to the poems. I was amazed at how long she could just go on and every minutes she went on was a laugh - it is a long time since I have seen an audience in stiches like they were at this show. I just wish I could have recorded it to go over again when I got home.

The funniest show my wife and I have ever seen. Her unique and hilarious poems were interspersed with a description of her early life and jobs which left us rolling in our seats. If there was ever one show to see, this was it. She has lost none of her touch.
