NABBA/WFF Pan Pacs was a good event for a first time run competition. A bit of a start delay which was frustrating and doing the whole WFF competition first was not overly helpful for me as my husband competed in the NABBA competition afterwards. But overall definitely a well run show and Average would be a fair rating. I'm sure the highly intelligent organisers have learnt from this and the Nationals on 8th Oct will be much more efficient for the athletes and spectators.

that was my first time at such a competition and i loved it! highly recommended if you are interested in fitness. a lot of inspiration!
