I loved it! It was different, quirky and executed to a high standard. The comedic thread running through was what held it all together. The skill of the performers was of a very high standard. I was unsure of the opera singer to begin with, but this also became a rather entertaining thread that unfolded throughout the performance.

Had the best time with my mum, we thoroughly enjoyed the show. We loved the comedy act she was so good and the acrobatics were fabulous, my bath will never look the same again.

this show was well worth the drive from Tauranga and back again in the same night. All of the acts had me holding my breath until each act finished. Everything was timed perfectly and I loved the bits of comedy throughout the whole show. Would recommend this show to one and all.

Stunning show from the minute the curtain was raised to the finale. Spellbinding and entertaining and better than I thought it was going to be. Well worth the effort to go.

We flew to Auckland to see Cirque de Soleil show and week ago I also grabbed tickets for the Soap. We saw both shows on same day, Soap was absolutely amazing, in fact it was the best show I saw before, and I will definitely recommend it to my friends!

Even better than Cirque du Soleil. The music/singing was evocative and really captured the movements of each artist. The show had everything - comedy, drama, action and thrills. Was fantastic that we were able to be so close to the performers. The Civic was the perfect venue

Just when one thinks it is impossible to come up with a new concept! We thought SOAP was humorous, vibrant, absolutely fascinating and in impeccable good taste. Thank you for a very entertaining show!

The bodies, yes those guys bods were g e o u g e o u s. This show had it all , for all, I'm sure the men out there would have admired the women. They were remarkable. The stamina & strength both the men & women had was incrediable. Funny, yes it was, I went from laughing until I cried to being silenced & in awe of these characters.

We took the whole family, everyone enjoyed it. absolutely amazing strength to be able to dance in and around the bath with water going everywhere and not slip. I loved that it was to modern music.

SOAP on Friday was amazing - they made everything look so easy so that must be a sign of hard practices. There show was very well oiled - they interracted with each other well and their solo peieces were unbelievable and fantastic and I didnt want them to end.

This show was such a good mixture of dance, music and skill including humour and more serious scenes. It kept us entertained for the duration and left us wanting more.

It is hard to find the words to describe this show. It was entertaining to the extreme. By mixing humour, talent and amazing choreography, the producers of ‘Soap’ created an incredibly memorable show that would appeal to all kinds of people, young and old. Absolutely fantastic.

The opera singer was excellent WHEN combined with the pop music, but her songs alone seemed out of place in the context of the show.
The sequence of the performances was odd.
Were you trying to tell a story?
What was the theme. There didn't appear to be any. Just random acts in any sequence.
And yet there was so much potential to add an unforgettable theme.
I loved the number where everyone was on stage dancing in unison with the mops. OR when everyone was in their baths. More of these numbers would have been great. And so simple to add in.
And the ending of the show was SO FLAT!! No big finale. Why not. You had the most extraordinarily talented cast to work with, surely a rousing final number would be possible.
Don't get me wrong I thought the individual performers were AMAZING. So strong, so beautiful. And the comedian was excellent.
Its only the sequence of the acts (and the lack of colour) the lack of group performances and the "dead end" that disappointed me. NOT the performers.

The cast were amazingly athletic and flexible, very talented. A unique take on a stage show and incorporated lots of variety. Very well done.

I saw this show first at the Edinburgh Fringe last year and was blown away, so when I saw that it was going to be in Auckland the weekend that we were going to be there for Cirque de Soliel, there was no way were going to miss it. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would even go as far as to say it was better than Cirque. And my husband agreed too!!!! Awesome.

Absoloutely FANTASTIC!!! the whole performance was a work of art!! There must have been a huge amount of training and practising and I imagine a huge number of brusies involved in getting such an athletic event to the stage!! THANKYOU!!
I have sold bathroomware for 20 years great to see the baths used do well!!
Haven't stopped talking about to friends and family and would go again in a blink :-)
