It was a night I enjoyed very much and loved all the Singers incl. Lucy Lawless . She looked gorgeous like always and it seems living in New Zealand does her good. I would love to go to an event like this again.

The whole package was well organised starting from the time we walked in and were served drinks. This was our first visit to the Vector and we will certainly be back.

Fantastic event that was throughly enjoyed. The fact that it was a fundraiser made it even more special. Excellent amount of variety, something for everyone. The only way of inprovement would be to have more singing!!

amazing talent in new zealand, all the singer's, the band and the venue were great . But to much talking and time wasting. If i had known about the amount of fundraising i would not have paid for a ticket....

Though it was the first time in my life (Over 60) thats I was made aware of the difference between the "haves" and "have not", I am very glad to see the the people with money were very generous to the Star ship Hospital. The show was very entertaining. More of Shanes wife or other dancers on stage would have been nice to see.Spot lighting the Swing dancers down in front of the stage would have been good. In fact it must have been hard for those who were sitting at the table, to see how to bid, it was so dark. Thanks to all the performers who entertained us.

We really enjoyed Supernova. It was great to see well known NZ artists singing in a new style. We loved the Tuxedo Swing Orchestra - they did a fantastic job of backing all the vocals. For $39 a seat we were well entertained! And all for a wonderful cause - Starship.

Loved the music, the celebrities taking older tunes and making them their own. Didn't really think so much of the original songs that were re-written to swing, as didn't think they suited so well. Did love Campbell McKenzie's reindition of One Day though.
Thought the auctions took over a little more than they should have.
Realise it was a fundraising event, but for those in the bowl seating, unable to participate, got a little boring. Perhaps this should have been communicated in the advertising - that it wasn't just a musical performance???

We bought GA tickets for half what we paid for the circus and my wife said it was the best night out this year!
What a fantastic line up of NZ talent who came out and had a lot of fun.
A big thanks to B&T, Lucy and Susie H.
We felt a part of the fun even from the cheap seats.
Live music can not be matched.
And what a great Swing Band - Tuxedo Swing.

Amazing showcase of NZ music talent and just how multi talented they are that they could play a different music genre and be really great at it. They took the audience on a journey and it was fantastic.
Loved the concept and would thoroughly recommend to all our friends to support a similar idea.
Combining this event with a fundraiser for such a worthwhile cause just made the evening even more amazing.
Keep up the great concept ideas and look forward to seeing what comes about in the future.

Yup, it was pretty good. The entertainers all made an excellent job of performing songs that are notoriously difficult to sing.
The best thing though, was that they all seemed to be having a really good time up there belting out the classics with great enthusiasm.
The ten piece Tuxedo Swing Orchestra took the evening though with expert renditions of some fabulous memory evoking music. I'd book them!
All that and for a very worthy cause, too.

A great show. Some really good acts, backed by the superb music from the Tuxedo Swing Orchestra. Only downside was that being in the cheap seats we did not have access to the dance floor.
The Starship Foundation should consider doing this again another year, we would be back for sure.
