The stage production of Mary Poppins is a magical adventure for all ages. A seamless and slick production, it combines the perfect balance of effects, gorgeously colourful costumes and fantastic set design. With new and old music, the much loved story of my childhood gains depth and an emotional maturity that captures your heart, mind and imagination. It truly was a spectacular show that had me engaged from the first note (The live music was another magical touch). It was without question practically perfect in every way!!

What an absolutely amazing show, and I don't like musicals!!! The cast were absolutely excellent, professional and very polished in their performance. The stage sets were incredible with real attention to detail, even minor things. If we had not spent up large in the shops the next day we would have gone to see the show again. I would highly recommend the show to anyone who is thinking of seeing it, even to people like myself that do not like musicals. I hope that it returns to New Zealand in the not too distant future so that I can go again.
The only downside was the ridiculously long wait in the toilets during the interval, which very nearly made us miss the second half of the show.

Exceptional acting, singing, set construction and dancing. Amazed at how the lead male could sing and tap dance on each side of the wall, then upside down and then continue dancing and singing on the floor...
The two children acting, singing and dancing were exceptionally talented....
The leading lady... truly scrumptious and perfectly perfect xxxx what an exit through the roof ...amazing xxx

I did not expect to enjoy this show as much as I did. The set, costumes, voices and music were excellent. So very glad I didn't miss it.

First class, quality singing, dancing and performances by all. Sets were amazing, sound quality fantastic.
Only criticism is that theatre was too hot!!!!

The BEST show ever, seamless scene changes, awesome effects. My son and I had the best time ever, This was a favourite when i was little and was awesome to see it as a stage show. Would recomend this show to all to see.

This was an amazing show and I would highly recommend it to others. Unfortunately we saw the last show! I cannot fault any of the singing, dancing or acting or single out any one of the actors as they were all superb in their roles. The scenery, music, choreography and special effects were excellent.

An utterly professional, seamless, colourful & exuberant, yet not without surprises, production. The technical department deserve the highest praise in providing the background for a very well chosen cast to give us an unforgettable, magical, & even comic, evening. I was engaged from the first note of music & utterly absorbed in an extravagaza of colour & delight, & judging by the audience participation throughout, was not alone. The attention to detail was extraordinary, the choreography superb & the stamina of the cast somewhat breathtaking (particularly Bert) in the re-telling of this much loved story. The cheering & streamers at the finale on Sunday were a fitting tribute & it was testimony to the dedication of the cast that tears were very much in evidence on stage after that final magical performance. Mary Poppins' arrival brought something special to Auckland & now she has gone we notice her absence.

Fantastic show - really really enjoyable. It was also fun watching the children sitting in front of us - they appeared to be really entralled with it - probably amazed at what was happening. The dancing was fantastic - the tap dancing just added another dimension. Singing and acting also top rate - well done to the performers in the show. And the finale - well I think everyone would have been gobsmacked - certainly not what we would have been expecting but a great finale.

Loved this show and would go and see again. Suitable for all ages and even non theatre goers would love be impressed. Even though almost last day of season cast and crew could not be faulted. The children played their roles to a very high standard
