Loved the tour. The houses were fantastic and all different. Really well organised, not too crowded and the volunteers who were looking after the homes were very friendly and informative. Would highly recommend this tour and the money earned from it is for a very important cause.

Thank you to those people who opened their home and let 1000 nosey parkers through. A wonderful day that I could take my mother and spend the day together. Unfortunate for the rain to pour down, knowing how much time goes into getting gardens ready for this type of event we still made the most of it. The variety of house/gardens made the day all the better. However there was a lot to see and with the travel there wasn't much time to waste.

Thank you so so much to the organisers, home owners for allowing us such a special treat and home minders.
Time is a little squeezed to get around all the houses without galloping rudely !
We traveled especially from Te Puke and also met other people who had traveled from afar. What a wonderful excuse !

Fabulous and extremely well organised. Thank you to all of the dedicated volunteers on the day. You did such a good job of watching over the beautiful homes and guiding all of us viewers.
It was such a enjoyable day with a great assortment of homes from architecturally designed, to old world charm.
I loved the entire day!!
My only disappointment was that we were not allowed to take photo's. I completely understand why, I just feel disappointed that I can't show others what I saw and I certainly can't remember all of the 13 homes. But of course you always remember what stands out the most for you so that's good!!

Worth attending - 4 were excellent and well worth it, gardens were a bit disappointing except for Blairs, adn speargrass flat rd, lunch box option would have been good option to have to save having to organise this between tours, too many Millbrook properties, 1 would have been enough, directions to these 3 were poor, we did not do one of these homes.

Four of us went on the tour, was very good, well organized and a good selection of houses. unfortunately it rained for a few hours in afternoon and became a mission at the doorways of some places. but a minor detail

Got around 11/13 houses. Enjoyed the day apart from it raining heavily in the middle of the tour. Good selection of houses but thought that just being allowed to go through kitchen/dining area not really enough of a view of the house for the couple of houses where that was the case.
Because it was raining it was very crowded inside the houses, maybe consider next year putting the price up to $75-85 and reducing numbers through would help.

The blonde lady supervising on the door at 1pm at house #8 at Millbrook, was rather abrupt and tense, shouting out directions to ticketholders to leave their shoes outside etc. I thought it was unnecessary, everyone was being well behaved and orderly, I think she was just finding it all too much trying to supervise those numbers. It rather detracted from the wonderful opportunity to go through that beautiful property.

What a fantastic day out in Queenstown at the NZ House and Garden Tour. It was a wonderful insight to some truly magnificent homes. Thanks to all those you helped organise and run this event, and thank you to the home owners for letting 1500 people wander through their bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens!!

Simply amazing homes & gardens - what a priviledge to see - thank you to those who so kindly opened their homes for such a great cause and all so inspiring too! Coming home was a little disappointing... but now I see what can be achieved with vision and dedication I'm all fired up! Thank you NZ House & Garden Magazine (& I'm saving my bubbles to drink with my next edition!).

We enjoyed the day so much and cant wait until the next one.
We would recommend that you take a packed lunch as no time to stop, perhaps two less houses and then you might not be so rushed.
I would like to thank those that opened their houses up to everyone.

THE HOMES WERE WONDERFUL A GRETA SELECTION AND HUGE THANKS TO THE OWNERS FOR LETTING EVERYONE GO THROUGH.
PITY THE WEATHER DIDN'T STAY FINE,.
MAYBE NEXT TIME A BIT MORE INFORMATION AT THE ENTRY TO THE HOMES RE PARKING.
AT ONE PLACE WE COULD HAVE PARKED NEXT TO THE HOUSE AS THERE WAS A LOT OF PARKING THERE, BUT NO INDICATION OF THAT. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE AS IT WAS POURING WITH RAIN.
OVERALL A GREAT DAY.
ANOTHER SUGGESTION- MAYBE A CENTRAL POINT AROUND LUNCHTIME WHERE YOU COULD PICK UP A SANDWICH AND A DRINK- ANOTHER FUND RAISING IDEA FOR THE CHARITY.

The calibre of homes and gardens were amazing Sincere appreciation to the owners for making their homes available for the tour Perhaps ten homes would have been sufficient as it was like a race to get around thirteen homes and then time was up and we missed one home

We attended the Queenstown House & Garden event. It was a well run event and had some amazing homes and contrasting styles in the greater Queenstown area. The event was a sell out and I wouldn't want to see any more people as it was pretty congested at some of the homes which diminished the event slightly. However it was well worth it and we would definitely attend again. We put our Google Maps into action to navigate between the properties otherwise the maps provided may not have been quite sufficient.

Thoroughly enjoyed the House and Garden Tour. Had an amazing day, even with a early start driving up from Invercargill. Got to see them all with ease and also able to enjoy a nice lunch at Arrowtown. Looking forward to next year already. Thanks heaps to everyone for letting us invade their homes for the day. Loved it

A great day out but too many houses. Millbrook could have been cut back to one house. Driving was a bit of a nightmare in places. Kelvin Heights directions to house one were inadequate. Signage should have been on Peninsula road. On a positive note. It was a great day and I really appreciate the fact that people open their homes for such a good cause.Well organised overall and very interesting. I came home inspired!

Really enjoyed this event, pity about the weather. Would like to see this event run again sooner rather than later as there alot of people who missed out on tickets. Due to the rain - we think there should have been something put down for people to wipe there feet on before entering the house.
