1814 and HOUSE OF SHEM were off the hook as always, the second stage in the village was packed out on these two bands. However walking in between the 2 stages sucked! Every band should have been on the main stage with no gaps in between.

This was my first raggamuffin experience and it was one i will always remember! The stalls were awesome, toilets were always clean and stocked. Food was fast and the drink lines were short! Beautiful weather, awesome atmosphere! The bands were awesome and UB40 was the highlight. Was mine and my partners 2 year anniversary and what better way to spend it then dancing under the sky to UB40. Amazing job to everyone that helped put it on! Will definetly be back next year to join in the fun!!!! :)

P.S The crowd was the best all dancing as one and singing the lyrics together - UNFORGETTABLE!

What an awesome way to spend a day with friends and famz....great atmosphere and a great line up of Artists that keep you on your feet all day long.
If you never got the chance to watch UB40 back in the day...Ali gives you an unforgettable performance with all the favourites that will give lasting memories of your Ragga Weekend!
You are absolutely treated with a Kiwi Line-Up that makes you proud to be a kiwi...its mind blowing how much talent Aotearoa has.

OMG!!!!I loved every bit of Raggas!!!! Awesome artists performing, atmosphere the sunshine, whanau & friends I went with and met up with!!!!! Dancing, the eating the drinking was the meanest weekend ever, can't wait for next year...... It's definitely one event you should check out.

Can’t say much but it was the best reggae concert I have been to by far. The atmosphere and people all dancing to the sweet reggae music was amazing. Every New Zealand band that performed rocked the stage, our overseas bands they also were awesome is well. I truly believe with the time and organization I think this could turn into a two even three day event of just full reggae it would pump.

What an AMAZING day me and my whanau had, there were alot of singing and dancing even laughing at what people were wearing, OMG if you could get the shorts any higher there would be no point wearing any Lol But that was such an enjoyable day one I will never forget and will be attending every concert from now on! can't wait for next year...Bring back Shaggy =) hahahahaha

Loved the line up but wasn't too impressed with the two stages...Was very sad that our local home grown talent had to play the 2nd venue which alot of us were unable to get to because of injuries...Please don't do it next year.

The day was awesome for us. The kids had a great time in the foam pit with skinny and loved all the free stuff!! We all weren't that impressed by having to share ow time between the two stages tho. It would have been better if the acts alternated between stages so you didn't have to miss some of the acts on the main stage. But over-all the day was really enjoyable for all of our whanau, ages ranging from 6 to mid forties.
A packed lunch is a must if taking the whanau as it costs a small fortune to buy food there.

We would definitely go again to Raggamuffin. Loved the venue, skinny-green-pool guys were wicked as were the green bean bag chairs, thank god for the shade in the trees cause it was too hot, would be nice to see what was going on at both stages (esp the main stage) when you're in the village of tents and food, would be nice if there were food and bars in the main stage area too. Ali Campbell was okay singing his own songs. Billy Ocean looked old but could still sing! Would love to have heard more of Chad Chambers!!!!

This was amazing! Ali & UB40, J-Boog, Arrested Development, Spawnbreezie & Kora rocked the main stage!! All of the acts were wicked. The place was packed! The only downside was having to walk down to the village to get food and drinks but otherwise, it couldn't be faulted :D

I would have put Spawnbreezie & J Boog a bit later on in the night and i would have liked 1814 on the main stage... A 2 day festival was heaps better than 1 day...
Would like to see Sean Paul, Eddy Grant, Wyclef at future raggamuffin events and bring back Shaggy!!!!

Another unforgetable concert for Raggamuffin. A fantastic time in the sun in beautiful Rotorua. Big ups to the Andrew McManus and the event team. What an amazing day with some of my most favorite reggae bands on the planet. From our own Sweet n Irie, Foundation,Katchafire,House of Shem,Sons of Zion,Three Houses Down & 1814. This is my third time at Raggamuffin and I thought the vibe and atmosphere still awesume and our group had a great time there and in Rotorua for the weekend.

The stalls were great but the food selection could be much better. The transport (bus system) was the best yet with no long delays at all for us.

The music Friday night was great and loved the bands on Saturday- enjoyed J Boog and Spawnbreezie very much. Only let down was Sly and Robbie and Billy Ocean who were lead ups to amazing (again) Ali Campbell. Billy Ocean is a great performer but so not suiting Raggamuffin. Arrested Development a highlight again as well, a great stage show

Really hoping Raggamuffin keeps going and that it stays in Rotorua!!
