A truly magical moment, the set, and costume. My grand-daughters and I loved every moment of it. This is a memory they will never forget.

This show was brilliant! High performances from the cast and wonderful displays of ice skating. It was like a Torvell & Dean show but with our favourite Disney Princesses.
I have been to Disneyland LA & Orlando, and this was really a slice of what Disney is like.

Even the group of teenage girls behind me were having a ball! So it's a show for all ages that love Disney and ice skating.
Very impressive and I will be very tempted to go again with my two kids.

I guess the degree of prior knowledge you have of fairytales impacts the effectiveness of the show, as do which were your favourites. I mean there were seven 'princesses' featured, and only three; Cinderella, Arial, and Jasmine, were done justice. Sleeping Beauty was fleeting -don't blink or you'll miss it. Snow White didn't even once feature "Mirror, mirror on the wall . . . " Belle from Beauty and the beast had no beast or transformation. While the "Be our Guest" was elaborate, it isn't the guts of the movie. And poor wonderful Mulan featured an unheard of song, it didn't relate to her heroism! While I was a little bemused, my little girl must have missed an awful lot.
Actually the highlight for me was wonderful Tinkerbell, she could've had her own show. I loved her, she was so perfect. She was charming, mischievious, and skated well.
Don't underestimate how well people know these characters, and how strongly they have been marketed, raising our expectations of 'seeing' them.
I'd say my 2 star rating of 'fair' is accurate.

This show was truely amazing, the costumes unbeatable, actors/actresses fit their characters perfectly. Special effects (fire on the ice) fantatstic. Ariel was the most popular scene with my girls & they already want to know when Disney on ice will return to New Zealand. Well done Disney.

Disney Princess on Ice was wonderful. For small children it wasn't too long & for adults it was an absolute joy to watch. Disney really do keep the magic alive.
The only downside was the Disney memorabilia products ie Ariel cup were well overpriced.

Firstly, the venue was excellent in all regards. Easy to access, well-trained, helpful ushers, great view of the action and I suspect all the seats were pretty good.
We went on a public holiday so parking was free and town wasn't busy so none of the usual hassles.
Little princesses aged 1,3 and 4 had a great time.
If they could type up a review I'm sure they'd award 5 stars.

It was a good show. Talented ice skaters. It touched most of the Disney princess stories. Good props and effects.
My only complaint was the lack of appropriate parking at Vector Arena. The lights went dark very suddenly and would have been difficult for people still getting seated with small children.

It was wonderful to have the unbeatable magic of Disney here in New Zealand.
We have been fortunate enough to visit Disneyland which is everything you dream it will be and more!!
Everything Disney puts their name to is fabulous and flawlessly presented.
We loved seeing our favourite Disney characters live on the ice, from the beautiful Princess' to Mickey, Minnie etc and The Seven Dwarfs, so cute!
The show was just amazing, fabulous sets and props, great music etc. A highly entertaining show and the skating was spectacular!
We smiled from beginning to end!

Perfect as usual and as magical as ever.
My daughter is now 10 years old and has always been as mad a fan of Disney as I have (and I'm at bit older than that). Disney is a big part of our lives and always will be.
Vector Areana events are always well organised, the facilities are excellent and the staff are great. (would recommend the bistro was opened before the event - we would have used it)

My children loved every moment of the performances, there's no arcanum behind it that the performers out staged the animated versions you see on tv & the movies.
The show was outstanding and hope there will be more events like this in the future.
