Billy Ocean was one of the best concerts I have been to. I would go and see him again if and when he comes back to New Zealand. Would totally recommend going to a Billy Ocean concert.

Great to see a great artist who shows how much he loves playing to a live audience. Haven't seen so much interaction with the audience from a top act before. Plenty of handtaps, autographs and smiles.
Very professional show from one of the best voices in the business - and his dialogue was all very seemly - not a cuss word heard.
Great songs, brought back lots of memories.

He sang all the hits we enjoyed in our younger days. We especially enjoyed the song Suddenly. It was such a romantic evening spent in the Events Centre with Billy Ocean.
Will definitely go again to his concert!!!!

It was brillient ..i always feel with someone that has,nt been around for a few yrs .that maybe there gone past there sell by date ,but not Billy he was amazing from the moment he came out on the stage ,I and my partner really enjoyed the concert and look forward to seeing him in the future...Thanks Billy for an enjoyable night ...Sheila

Supported by Ardijah - an iconic kiwi band, Billy Ocean did not disappoint. With a tight backing group of musicians and singers - one of whom was one of Billy's daughters - he performed his classic songs as well as some from his latest album.
Billy said "you are here to have fun and sing and dance" and boy did we do just that!! The audience were singing and dancing along as he sang and he had time to shake people's hands and even sign autographs from the stage.
Billy is an all round performer and entertainer who has lost none of his skills. Highly recommended - I would go again at the drop of a hat!!

The Billy Ocean concert was absolutely brilliant. We were seated just three rows from the front and were 'right there' with Billy. He sang all of his fabulous hits. What a fantastic voice and a simply dazzling personality! The audience was very much involved in the show and a fun evening was had by all. What a shame not more people are aware of this tremendous performer. One of the best and most memorable shows I have attended.

He was fantastic, voice as smooth as silk and what a nice guy - seemed to really enjoy entertaining us. Bring on all those good old songs - too many to count!! A shame he got moved to a smaller venue. Where were you, fellow children of the 80's?!
